You can independently require a temporary password by accessing the website https://www.betx5.com and selecting the item "Forgot Password?" on the home page next to the fields where are required the log in access credentials.
You will receive, on the email address registered on your gaming account, a new Password.
After performing your first log in we invite you to replace the Password received via email with a Password chosen by you.
How to change the password?
If you want to change your current password you may do so autonomously by using the steps described below:
- Enter into your account;
- Click on "Private Area"> "My Account"> "Modify Password";

Can I cancel my bets?
